The ACCENT Rome Study Center serves as an information and resource center where students and faculty can stop in to ask questions, request program information, pick up mail, and use the Internet.
ACCENT students attend classes at the newly-renovated ACCENT Rome Study Center in the historic Palazzo Banco S. Spirto. Additional classes extend into the city of Rome itself where onsite lectures bring coursework alive. The ACCENT Rome Study Center also has studio space for studio art and architecture programs.
The ACCENT Rome Study Center has a fully-equipped computer lab with computers and free wireless connectivity.
ACCENT maintains a lending library with travel guides, reference books, and other works of literature. ACCENT also subscribes to Italian and American newspapers and periodicals.
The ACCENT Rome Study Center features several student lounges and study areas with wireless Internet, where students may study or relax and socialize with other students.
Bulletin Boards & Facebook
ACCENT’s bulletin boards and Rome Study Center Facebook page provide information about various happenings around the capital city, including art exhibits, concerts, and other special events, as well as travel information and interesting notes and facts about Italian language and culture. In addition, our front counter contains a special ‘ACCENT Yellow Pages’ binder full of handouts on a wealth of services and information pertaining to Rome.
ACCENT offers a wide variety of travel resources, including information on travel agencies, train schedules, low-cost airlines, and ideas for weekend and day trips within Italy.
