European Finance Manager
Jennifer, a native Italian from Tuscany, joined ACCENT in March 2016 after having worked for several years as accountant for two big Italian companies that contract with third parties. In her role as European Finance Manager, she takes care of electronic payments to suppliers for all European ACCENT Centers, works on accounting with the Director of Finance, and creates various statistical reports together with the Chairman. She also works closely with each European Study, the San Francisco Center and the budget team to create and revise program budgets. Jennifer loves animals and spends her free time reading, playing piano, playing tennis, and cooking. Fascinated by the culture, food and history of other countries, she also enjoys traveling.
European Finance Coordinator (part-time)
Carolina is a native Spaniard from Madrid, but grew up in Miami where she obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work in 1997. Her passion for assisting and counseling adolescents and young adults led her to her interest in helping university students and working with ACCENT, where she began as a programs coordinator in 2005. In 2019, she began her current role as a European Finance Coordinator responsible for creating, revising and updating proposed budgets. She works closely with the European Center Directors from all five cities, San Francisco and the Director of Finance, as well as the other members of the budget team. Carolina moved to Rome in 2003, after falling in love with the city, the language, the culture and its locals.
Tommaso is a native of Pontassieve, a small town near Florence. After finishing his studies, he worked for many years in the budget and administration field that spanned the tourism, hospitality and the fashion industries. He joined ACCENT in October 2019 as Budget Coordinator. In this role, Tommaso works closely with the budget team, Center Directors, and the Director of Finance in preparing and updating program budgets. Tommaso enjoys travelling and meeting people from different cultures and he has recently gone back to university to fulfill his passion: studying history.
