Allison Keith
Director of U.S. Operations
As Director of U.S. Operations, Allison manages the U.S. headquarters of ACCENT. Although primarily working on developmental and administrative elements of programs, she enjoys having contact with students by presenting pre-departure orientations and visiting school campuses. Allison's first overseas experience was a year in an English boarding school before attending Stanford University. As an International Relations major, Allison spent two quarters in Tours, France, studying French, international economics, political science and art history. After graduation, Allison completed an internship in the Slovak Republic through the organization AIESEC. Allison has been working with ACCENT since the opening of the San Francisco Center in 1991 and has very much enjoyed seeing ACCENT grow into the organization it is today.

Megan Neureuter
Assistant Director of U.S. Operations
As Assistant Director, Megan helps manage student enrollment and pre-departure preparation in the ACCENT San Francisco Center. Megan also manages ACCENT printed materials, the ACCENT web site, advertising and ACCENT IT issues. As an undergraduate at Hobart and William Smith College, Megan spent a fabulous fall semester in Paris studying French and Art History. After graduating Megan joined the Peace Corps and taught English to 8th graders in Eritrea, Africa for two years. Upon returning home to San Francisco Megan continued her studies earning a masters in Industrial and Graphic Design and was thrilled to become a member of the ACCENT team in 2001.

Jocelyn Ditzel
Program Development & Contract Coordinator
As Program Development & Contract Coordinator, Jocelyn collaborates with faculty and administrators to design and develop customized programs. She works closely with schools tailoring short-term and semester programs that cover a range of academic disciplines. Jocelyn also has the opportunity to visit ACCENT’s US partner institutions during campus visits throughout the year. Jocelyn had her first taste of living and learning abroad during her junior year with Skidmore College. She spent a year in Paris taking art history and language classes and studying literature at the Sorbonne. After graduating, Jocelyn returned to France to teach English at a French public school and has spent two summers traveling with American high school students on an academic study program in the south of France. Since returning to the U.S., Jocelyn has lived in Washington, DC, New Hampshire and San Francisco. She enjoys working with students of all ages and is eager to share her passion for educational travel and study abroad.

Dana Feagles
Assistant Program Development & Contract Coordinator
Dana works in the ACCENT San Francisco Center as the Assistant Program Development & Contract Coordinator. In this role, she is involved in writing contract proposals during the early stages of program design and follows the contracts through to their finalization. Dana first traveled to Europe as a high school student, igniting a love for cross-cultural studies. As an undergraduate student of Art History at Pitzer College, she spent a memorable semester in Parma, Italy. After graduating, she returned to Italy for an additional year of studies in Florence, and now enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for study abroad with others.

Siena Kautz
Programs Coordinator
Siena Kautz is Programs Coordinator in the ACCENT San Francisco Center. Some of her duties include: helping manage the student information database, maintaining office materials, organizing group airport transfers, and sending out student materials to colleges and universities. Siena, a California native with a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University, first studied abroad in Florence in 2003 and fell in love with the city. She worked in the ACCENT Florence office for two years before moving back home to San Francisco. With her first hand study abroad knowledge and experiences, Siena is looking forward to sharing her love of foreign cultures with students who are planning to study abroad.

Dana Creek
Programs Coordinator
As Programs Coordinator Dana works primarily with students and faculty who are preparing for their overseas programs, from initial enrollment to pre-departure status. Dana also keeps in close communication with the overseas Centers allowing her to help convey student and faculty needs in order to help Europe prepare for program arrivals. Dana first discovered her love for traveling at the age of 12 when she went abroad to Germany with her community choir. As a college student she spent two years living and studying abroad in Paris and Toulouse, one of those years with ACCENT and CCSF. Dana is more than happy to share her experiences while living abroad and is excited to be able to help students create their own memories.

Erin Kuschner
Assistant Programs Coordinator
As Assistant Programs Coordinator, Erin ensures a smooth enrollment process while advising students as they prepare for their studies overseas. In this position, she also publishes student materials, responds to requests for information, and assists with student and faculty needs. Erin grew up in China, Taiwan, Kazkahstan, and Hungary, and has a passion for learning about new cultures and languages. As an undergraduate at Boston College, Erin studied in Rome her junior year and traveled extensively throughout Western Europe. Erin has also lived in New Hampshire and Virginia, and moved to San Francisco after graduation, joining ACCENT to share her love of travel and study abroad.

James Murphy
Programs Assistant
James works with Siena Mastrobuoni to prepare student materials and enrollment packets. He also follows up with students to ensure that everything is set for their exciting adventure abroad. In addition to these tasks, he maintains ACCENT’s online presence by posting current programs on study abroad websites. James grew up in Portland, Oregon and spent a year studying abroad at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England. He enjoyed traveling so much that he signed up with the Peace Corps after graduation. Assigned to work at a maternity clinic in Timbuktu, Mali, he spent two years weighing babies and hosting a public affairs radio program.
